PayPal's Payment Page in Detail
For better security, Beals Studios does not handle or store your credit card information, instead we use PayPal to process your order. However, PayPal's secure payment page has specific input formats and can have difficulties recognizing your information if it is not entered exactly as below. Follow these instructions to avoid getting error messages about incomplete fields.
- Shipping Information
- Fill out your first and last name, your city, your state or province, and your zip or postal code. If you are having your portrait shipped somewhere other than your usual billing address, enter seperate shipping and billing addresses. Make sure that the billing address you enter exactly matches your credit card's billing address, and the name you enter is exactly how it appears on your credit card.
- Credit Card Information
- Choose your credit card type from the menu, then enter your credit card number using no spaces or dashes, ie 0000111122223333 Then choose your expiry date from the menu.
- Email Address
- Fill out your email address in the format you@email.com
- Phone Number
- Fill out your ten digit phone number with dashes, in the format 999-999-9999
- The Security Grid
- This is a security measure to filter out automated spam. Type in the five characters you see in the grid with no spaces or dashes. This entry is not case sensitive.
- Note to the Seller
- Enter in any extra information about your order that you'd like us to know, such as a specific due date you need the painting, or preferences for pose and background. You can also send this information in an email, it's up to you.
